Resource does not display

If you have set up a resource and do not see it offered, check the following:

Is the resource active?
Only active resources will display.

Does the category assigned to the resource have the origin selected?
The category of the resource must be selected for the origin (WebPAC, Encore or Millennium) in which you are attempting to view the resource.

Does a Category Suppression Rule apply?
The category suppression rule can block a category from display. All resources using that category are also suppressed.

Does the filter permit display of the resource?
The filter could be useful for testing resources, but if left unchanged, may inadvertently prevent a resource from displaying.

If this is launched from a bib record, do the data tests permit display of the resource?
Data tests are designed to only offer resources under specified conditions. Make sure the bib record on screen meets all data tests.
