Even if the search terms entered retrieve no records, Millennium will always retrieve some type of result. In the case of a phrase search such as a title or author, the user is offered a list of headings alphabetically before and after the search terms.

The "no headings retrieved page" is an index browse page, so the look and feel will be determined by the same Web Options as any other index browse page:

When the user performs a keyword search using a word that is not indexed in the database, they will be taken to the Advanced Keyword Search form, so they can review their term and perform another search:
