This option allows you to perform the same change on multiple boxes all at once. This can include incremental cover dates, expected dates or enumeration or identical notes, URLs, etc. You can change Enumeration and Cover date to allow for pattern changes mid-year.
NOTE: Changing to or from semi-monthly requires a new record and card.
If you modify the Expected date, the "Increment transaction dates" will automatically be checked which will change your Expected dates in the selected boxes to evenly spaced intervals.If you uncheck the "Increment transaction dates" box, the Expected dates for the highlighted issues will have the same date, meaning that they are all expected to arrive on same date. Highlight the boxes you want to modify and choose Tools | Box menu | Update boxes as a group. We will change the expected dates for two boxes so that they are identical (not incremented):
