If you want to edit a course record, open the Course Reserves mode in Millennium Circulation. Search for and select the course record you want to edit. Click on the Edit button  and proceed to make your changes. Fields that you may edit include all of the fixed fields as well as the following variable fields (note that other library specific variable fields can be created by Innovative):
- Professor/TA name
- Course name or number
- Course note
Once you have made the changes you wish to, click the save button  and your changes will be made permanent.
NOTE: Innovative Interfaces offers a Service Commitment to set up Course URLs. These are not the same as URLs in Media Management. There is also a Service Commitment to add new variable length fields or to change variable field or fixed field labels.
