Patron Verification Forms
The Patron Verification Form is called by the system using the command link /patroninfo. The form works with a combination of tokens and Web Options. You can have different forms by language, and you can customize these forms to include login instructions specific to your organization's requirements.

Patron Verification Forms can be used by your organization to restrict access to your library patrons to a variety of services, such as requesting materials from the WebPAC and viewing their patron records. When patrons authenticate through a Patron Verification form, the system can limit requests by patron type or patron code, charge patron for requests, and more.

Patrons can view their own patron records in WebPAC Pro. As with other custom forms, this form is customizable in Web Master. When a patron selects "Login" or "My Record", WebPAC calls the pverify_web.html page:
