Viewing and Changing Web Options
Web Options are available through Millennium Administration in the Web Options Mode.

Depending on the number of web server directories (Live, Staging, Kids, etc.) your library has, you could have several Web Options files. Before editing, you first must make these files available through Admin | Settings | Web Options.



There is no need to key in new Web Options that become available with upgrades, they will be automatically found in your Web Options mode. You will only need to enable or edit them.

You'll see an option at the top of this list that allows you to go from List by Group to List Alphabetically.



When editing, after you've saved your changes, you must remember to Restart the server in order to see the changes take effect in the WebPAC.

NOTE:

  1. Don't change the existing Web Option, just click on Add. See Steps below. This way, if you are not happy with the results, you can easily change it back without having to remember what was changed.

  2. When upgrading to a new release, new Web Options will automatically be added to your Web Options file. You will only need to add the new Web Option as mentioned above.
