Teleforms is a library product that strings together sound files to produce voice messages alerting patrons that on-hold items are ready to be picked up or that items are now overdue. Innovative provides two generic messages, one for holds and one for overdues. The next two pages of this tutorial will guide you though recording your own customized version of these two message(s). However, if you would like more than two messages because you have more than one possible hold pickup location, contact your sales representative at Innovative Interfaces.
